We currently ONLY collect our fees directly from lanlords. That is, rent goes straight to the landlord and landlord immediately pays our fees to our account details provided.

With the new Tenant Fee Ban now in place our Levels of Services and Landlord Fees are currently being re-drafted and updated here. Management termination fees may apply and this fees does not include VAT.
